I would love to win. I could sure use a cookbook like this.

My fast and frugal meal is chili dogs. Open a can of chili cook the hot dogs in it, put on a bun and serve. Quick, easy, and pretty cheap.

I would love to win! :-)

One of my favorite fast and frugal meals is bean burritos! Beans, cheese, tortillas, onions and hot sauce if you wish.I have a recipe for refried beans in the crockpot. It only takes a few minutes to throw it on in the morning and it's much cheaper than the cans of beans!

I also tweeted about the giveaway. :-)

Thanks for this giveaway!

In the summer my fast and frugal meal is a big salad picked from our garden with grilled chicken breasts cut up on top with home made blue cheese dressing.

In the cold weather its pinto beans with brown rice. Frozen turnip greens and cornbread on the side. About 45 minutes.

I'd love to win this book for my mom! She has recently gone back to work and I know she feels bad about serving frozen/packaged foods for dinner! I think the time line will really come in handy for us! Thanks,
Cassie
