I just love sending people cards. It is such a thrill to look through a pile of junk mail, bills and credit card offers and see a fun envelope that's just for you! Not an e-mail or an e-card... real, old-fashioned written communication! So when Hallmark contacted me about their new line of cards just for moms, I was so excited. They sent me a few cards to check out and they are hilarious!! I know lots of moms like me who can use a pick-me-up after long days of nose-wiping and temper tantrums. (There are some hilarious ones for moms-to-be as well, sure to give even an extremely uncomfortable, slightly green pregnant woman a chuckle. )

They also included a few samples from their new line of encouragement cards for kids. They are so adorable and my kids went crazy for them! They are perfect for sneaking into a lunch box or leaving on their pillow on a special day - or would make a great treat from Grandma or an Auntie! AND - both lines have 99 cent options! Its a thrifty way to make someone's day!
Hallmark is sending two lucky Girlymama readers a whole big bundle of cards from Hallmark's Edge of Motherhood and their new line of encouragement cards for kids!! Here's the rules:

I love sending cards as a surprise to family and friends. I'd definitely send some cards to my aunt that is having a stressful season of life right now.
